Lunar Forecasts for October-November 2010

Lunar Forecast for the

NEW MOON in LIBRA

This Forecast in effect
October 7 to 22, 2010

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

Are you experiencing a separation in your life? This might be in a relationship, or it you might be separated from your money (making a purchase), or you might be changing jobs, or perhaps you need to let go of old attachments to something or someone. The current planetary alignments suggest there is something in your life right now that you need to stop moving forward with and go back to reassess, reconsider or rebalance it. For the next 6 weeks, be prepared to re-examine how you feel about a person, place, thing, situation or agreement that isn't working as well as it might, or isn't working the way you hoped it would.

You might also reconnect with someone or something that has been absent or fading for a while. This might be a person (an old friend, flame or family member) or a feeling (like your sexuality, passion, desire or sensuality). If your finances have been a bit sparse lately, you might find your income improves over the next several weeks. Or, if your social or love life has been a bit barren, you might suddenly have opportunities to rejuvenate your relationships and contacts. Alternatively, you could find that your normally plentiful social life or income slows down for a while. Don't panic—just use this as a chance to take a breather from your normal routines or to reassess what your priorities are.

These are not likely to be permanent changes—whether "good" or "bad"—so take it as it comes and see what develops in the long run before making any commitments. On the other hand, if you are having serious problems in the area of finances or relationships, the current energies could push a lingering issue into becoming a problem that must be dealt with. This could be a time when you are in a serious mood and finding it harder to be light and carefree, but that makes this a good time to take a more productive, effective approach to whatever is happening. Look for delight and peace in small things in the moment, rather than expecting dramatic or lasting improvement. The improvement will come when it's ready. I'm available for private readings that can help you regain your balance and find the right path that will take you through this time of re-evaluation. Contact me to find out more.

The Lunar Forecasts give Daily Horoscopes a greater context.

A month or so ago, something important began to change in your life. This followed after going through a few months of upheaval, turmoil, confusion and/or uncertainty. It's like a seed was finally planted after the earth was plowed up, overturned and mixed up. The seed is now about to sprout. It's as if its shell has cracked and something is peeking out of the husk, but it's not clear what that is yet or what direction it will grow in. It's very possible you're feeling anxious to get going, but frustrated, impatient or even discouraged from how slow the progress has been. Or perhaps you feel like you've been shot out of a cannon, but you're still trying to get control over your trajectory and aren't sure if this new momentum will last.

Every new project, initiative, development and change begins as a chaotic explosion of potential. Then it must be stabilized if it is to endure; otherwise it's just a flash in the pan. You are now at a point of transition from that initial eruption of change to a more sustainable movement of development. As this transition takes place, you're more likely to gain control over where you are going and how you will get there. However, it could feel a bit like you are slowing down, spinning your wheels or doing a one-step-forward-two-steps-back kind of dance. This is more likely to be the effect of stabilization, which could involve slowing down your rate of progress a bit in order to find a sustained balance.

On the other hand, change might have been slow to take hold during the past month or so and could still seem agonizingly slow or aimless. However, what you lack in speed or distance or progress, you are likely making up for in depth and density of the small steps you are making. Every action may seem to take a small leap of faith in order to get past the ghosts of failure or disappointment haunting you from the past. Although it might seem like you're only taking tiny steps, don't underestimate how much effort, courage, resolve and loyalty to your vision it takes you to make those steps. Although you're still fighting an uphill battle to some extent, you now have the reinforcement of clearer vision and faith in that vision, if you will let yourself be open to that.

Remember this is a time of transition, so it's not the time to give up on your dream. You're shifting into a different gear to continue the journey. If you feel like you've lost your compass and aren't sure which way to go, contact me for a personal reading so we can get you refocused, keep you moving through the rough spots and help you become grounded and centered again.
